And he WALKS!!

230 years after Christopher Columbus (allegedly) discovered America, Aidan discovered he could walk without holding onto anything. We were at the playground, he was eyeing (read: staring) at some young walkers and then before I knew it, he had let go of the green frog car and was walking towards another car. I was so amazed!!! It was great. Then when Josh got home from work, Aidan was playing in the dining room and walked into the living room to Josh. I was so happy he walked for his dad on the same day that he walked for me!! Since then he's only taken a few steps here and there, he much prefers to crawl rather than risk falling down (though he sits down pretty quick when he loses his balance). Today was the first day that he decided to walk on his own (without holding onto things) a bit more.
